Traditional & comfy hotel, friendly & professional staff, renovated with card entry, well-organized night access, soundproofed rooms.

I stayed at Residencial Panorama for three nights while exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and professional, and the renovated rooms were comfortable and well soundproofed. It was a relief to come back to a heated room with clean bed linen after a long day of hiking. The location near the center of town was convenient and the breakfast provided was basic but decent. a traditional and comfortable stay.

The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more pleasant. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the historic district, with easy access to the city center.

The room had a strong smell of old cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom fixtures were broken and leaking, and the cleanliness was not up to par, as we found stale peanuts on the floor.

I recently stayed at Residencial Panorama and had a really nice experience. The staff was friendly and the residence was very clean and well-taken care of. It's located in the oldest part of town, just a short walk away from the city center. Despite not having a nice view from my room, the hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the central square and some really nice restaurants.

The cozy rooms with wood furniture and tiled floors create a charming ambiance, reminiscent of a small, appreciated sample of "old Portugal." The air-conditioned rooms provide a cool retreat after a long day of exploring the noble and historical zone of the City of Covilha, situated on the slope of the Mountain range of the Star. It's like stepping into a time machine and experiencing the rich history of the city firsthand. And let's not forget the private balconies that offer stunning views of the city, making you feel like you're on top of the world!

Stairs accessibility issue.

The panoramic view from the private balconies was breathtaking! It felt like I was on top of the world, gazing out onto the city below. The lounge area with its comfy leather sofas was the perfect place to unwind with a refreshing drink. It felt like stepping into a luxurious retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The bed cushions and blankets could have been of better quality.

They even offered a partial refund for the second night, which was not required by their cancellation policy. This level of compassion and flexibility really impressed me and speaks volumes about their commitment to excellent customer service.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Covilhã, although getting there by car can be a bit challenging due to the maze-like streets and lack of clear directions. However, it's only a short walk from the parking area, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Residencial Panorama was a little "quirky" and has seen better days, but the staff were very friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. The hotel was located in a quiet street near the centre of Covilha, giving easy access to the Serra Da Estrela. Excellent value and we will be returning next year.

Very nice quality for the price, the staff was friendly and able to help even without a shared language. The location was good and the street quite quiet. My room also had a very nice view looking over the town. The small breakfast was more than sufficient for the price.

The building is quite old and at the time of my visit (early May) a bit chilly.

The street was very calm, and because it had double windows, the room was very silent as well. We slept very well the 2 nights.

The bathroom was too small. Around 1,5 m2, we couldn't move properly inside it.
